I’ve never hired a Mobile Disco before. Do I need to bring anything myself?
When you hire a mobile disco from Floorfillerz-Glasgow Mobile discos we will provide the total package – great music, lights and PA system.
What kind of music do you play and do you have a set programme for every event?
It's your disco so you can choose one song or the whole lot. Having said that,It makes a difference if the dj you hire can have some input to the night.So we would recommend that you choose no more than 25/30 songs.The most important thing, however, is that you enjoy your evening so you can tell us what type of music you’d like to be played and music that you DON'T want to hear!
Are you insured?
We hold full public liability insurance and our equipment is PAT tested.We also now carry the Produb licence (Very soon this will be a legal requirement for venues to ask suppliers, who play their music electronically, for one of these)
I’m undecided whether to hire a band or a Mobile Disco at my event - can you advise?
We can play virtually any request you have and you’ll hear it performed by the original artist. A DJ can offer a wider variety of music to cater for any age group. Many bands only play for a couple of hours, so if you’d like to keep your guests dancing, book a DJ.
When do you need access to the event venue?
We prefer to arrive at least an hour and a half before your event begins to set up our equipment.
Can I book you for a Karaoke DJ Hire?
We currently do not take bookings for these types of events but can recommend a couple of good companies who do
How should I pay?
We charge a non-refundable £50 deposit at the time of booking. This secures the date you’ve requested. The remainder is payable at least 2 weeks in advance of your event through online banking.
Our event is outside of Glasgow, would you travel?
Yes we do travel to areas outside of Glasgow so please don't hesitate to ask.
